•All booths that are not occupied within one half hour of opening the market will forfeit their booth space and fee. Exhibitors are to ensure that their display is completely set up and ready to sell when the show opens.
•All exhibitors must contain their display, their work, and their storage boxes with in dimensions of the space they rent.

•Each participant is responsible for following all federal, provincial, and municipal regulations and restrictions regarding their individual craft.
•Collection of retail sales tax and such are  the responsibility of the registered exhibitors.
• Exhibitors are responsible for their own business transactions.

•SMOKING, DRINKING ( alcohol )  are not  permitted on the grounds you must leave the grounds to smoke. 
•Exhibitors shall not disassemble, pack up or remove any part of their display prior to the official closing time.

•Exhibitors must park in the large parking area after unloading supplies.
 •If you are having a walk-in booth, you must provide adequate walk-in space within your designated area.

Booth size is aprx. 10x10
•Exhibitors are expected to keep their area neat and orderly and to conduct themselves in a proper and dignified manner throughout the show.
• Any improper actions can get you removed with out a  refund.
•Exhibitors are responsible for transports, arranging displays and staffing their area. 
•Each
exhibitor is responsible for the cleanliness of their booth area.

• Entry forms must be received by Sep 1, 2014  Deposit of 50% by Sep 15th and full payment  by  Sep 30th 2014.  We will notify you when application is  excepted
• . The festival will be held rain, shine,  or snow. NO REFUNDS
• Commercially produced items or works made from kits are Excepted this is the  Something for Everyone.  We  will limit the number of  Commercial  booths.  

 

Drinks or bottled water are not allowed for sale at craft booths.  We  have a vendor that is selling this and you  need  to direct  people to them please.  You may bring your own drinks  only,  NO ALCOHOL 
• NO PETS are allowed in Craft Show area

 All booths must be appropriate for the general public; no “adult only” areas or information will be allowed.

All vendors must comply with all state, county, and local laws. Drug paraphernalia or pro drug literature is not allowed. Sexually explicit items, and items with violent content are not allowed. Guns and gun sales are not allowed.

Although not in the craft show guidelines but another unwritten rule at any show is that you should be considerate of other crafters. Cooperation is important. At many shows, craftspeople cooperate beautifully, doing each other many small favors.

• Booth fee  is $50.00 per space No vendor may have more than two spaces.  Pluse there is  a $10.00 per space  cleaning deposit that will be  refunded as stated below.  so total is $60  $50    with  the refundable 10

•Booth fee must be paid prior to the show and NO REFUNDS will be made after  two months prior to the show date

•Vendors will be responsible  for their setup  and replacement of chairs after the craft show.  There is a $10.00 dollar deposit. YOU WILL RECIVE THIS DEPOSIT BACK if  chairs are replaced and  area is sweep and clean.

•Exhibitors will need to bring own display tables and any other item they would want to use is up to them  to bring.    2 chairs will be provided.  
• If you share a booth, no more than two vendors per booth. You will need to have one common name to identify your booth.
•Exhibitor's booths must be of sound construction and must in no way obstruct or endanger the neighboring booth areas.
•Tables must be covered on 3 sides with a tablecloth to the floor.
