No vendor may have more than two spaces. There will be a $10.00 per space cleaning deposit that will be refunded as stated below. Entry forms must be received by Sep 1, 2014 Deposit of 50% by Sep 15th and full payment by Sep 30th 2014. We will notify you when application is excepted.
Booth fee must be paid prior to the show and NO REFUNDS will be made after Sep 30th 2014.
You will need to bring your own tables. Chairs are provided.
• Vendors will be responsible for their setup and replacement of chairs after the craft show. There is a $10.00 dollar deposit per booth. YOU WILL RECEIVE THIS DEPOSIT BACK if chairs are replaced and area is sweep and clean. NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL ON THE GROUNDS
*** We are asking for a Donated Item that you will keep in your booth area. So people will come looking at the items before they deposit the free ticket. They may buy aditional tickets if they wish, from the information booth. The ticket fees will be donated to the church Food bank
You may offer a free ticket for every $10.00 they spend in your booth. To be used in your drawing.
